Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 365 Day Money Back Guarantee. What does that mean for you? It means that returns are easy and FREE! You are welcome to return any watch you purchase for a full refund, as long as it hasn't been used. And you've got 365 days to decide! So, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, then all you have to do is send the item back to us and we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price - no questions asked and no hard feelings. Once again, please ensure the item has not been used and is returned in original condition as received. The refund process takes approximately 48 hours after we receive the watch. When returning a purchase, please ensure the watch has not been used in any way and is in original retail packaging as received. Every Customer wishing to return their purchase must first obtain an RMA number prior to shipping the item back to us. You can obtain an URN number by emailing customerservice@buywatchesonline.com.au All returned watches must have non-damaged (preferably unopened) packaging and be in brand new, unworn and unused condition, containing all original documents (Instruction manuals, Warranty Cards, Watch Tags, Removed Links, etc.)

Faulty Returns

On rare occasions, the item that you have purchased may be faulty. If this occurs within 30 days of receiving your order, we will pay for the return shipment of the item back to our warehouse and you will have a choice between, a full refund or a brand new replacement. All items are fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty so if the watch shows any signs of fault after the 30 day period, it will be fixed free of charge and returned back to you in perfect working order. If the item is beyond repair, we will replace it with a brand new one or issue a full refund. All watches sold are covered for a period of 24 months from the time of purchase.

Procedure for Returning Your Order

You will be provided with a URN (Unique Return Number) within 2 business hours - which you'll be able to include with the returned package.

Once the URN is received, please package the item (original packaging is best) and include the following:

1) A quick description of the issue eg Change of mind, description of fault etc

2) Full name and date of purchase/ Order Number

3) URN # clearly written for easy identification

We process all returns within 48 business hours. During this period, either a new item will be dispatched or a refund will be issued, depending on your particular circumstance.
